If you have any issues, please contact us at hello@mdinnovationlab.com.au within 14 days of your order.
Refunds or exchanges may be issued where applicable, based on the nature of the product or service purchased.

Please note: Digital products and downloads are non-refundable once accessed.
For workshops or online programs, refund requests must be received prior to the session date.

Due to the Digital nature of our lessons and instant access upon purchase, we do not offer a refunds or exchanges. We believe in the value of our content and encourage you to review the lesson descriptions and bundles carefully before purchasing.

Workshops: I agree to the Workshop Terms: workshops may be photographed/recorded for marketing, and due to limited capacity, cancellations may be offered as a credit towards a future workshop.”
